The services provided by Explore the Mind LLC are offered in the capacity of life and mental skills coaching, which is fundamentally different from professional counseling, psychotherapy, or any other form of licensed mental health treatment. Life and mental skills coaching focuses on personal development, goal-setting, mindset strategies, performance enhancement, and overall well-being. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, and does not involve diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of mental health disorders.
Professional counseling or psychotherapy, in contrast, is a clinical service provided by licensed mental health practitioners who are trained to diagnose and treat emotional, psychological, or behavioral disorders. If at any time a client requires or may benefit from licensed mental health support, they will be advised to seek the services of a qualified mental health professional.
By participating in coaching services with Explore the Mind LLC, clients acknowledge and agree that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, legal advice, or any other professional services. Clients and participants accept full responsibility for their choices, actions, and outcomes.
Explore the Mind LLC and its coaches are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, claims, or legal implications arising from participation in coaching sessions, use of coaching materials, or application of coaching strategies. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with the coaching process.
