Our Story
Explore the mind was launched and founded in January of 2023 by Collin Runge, athlete and mental health professional. Explore the mind was created with one mission: make mental healthcare more accessible to people who are in need, while empowering them and working to end stigmas. With that in mind, we launched our first three designs in t-shirts, starting with our signature shirt, "Breathe About It."
At the end of 2023, with our sales and a partnership with another organization in Florida, we were able to purchase 20 mental health sessions. In addition, at the beginning of 2024, we expanded our apparel into new exciting options and designs! Overall, our story is just getting started, but we have been directly involved in purchasing over 40 mental health sessions. We have partnered with another organization in Montana for the end of the year 2024, so our reach now expands into three states as well.
People all around the United States and beyond have joined in our journey and our mission, which we now confidently call our Explore the Mind Community. It is a growing group of people who are interested and invested in making mental health a priority for themselves and others.
