Original: Control the Controllable T-Shirt

The "Control the Controllable" shirt is designed with minimalistic qualities and is set to be a reminder for ourselves or those around us. In a world where things can be vastly out of our control, we at Explore the Mind believe everyone needs a reminder to focus on what we can control from time to time. In addition, with each purchase of a shirt, a donation is made to Mental Health Advocacy. Explore the Mind is designed by a mental health provider with the goal of reaching more people with simple messages about mental health. We never know how we can help someone else, so the hope for these shirts is that they inspire someone, somewhere, to begin a conversation about mental health or simply slow down and take a breath.
